Chelsea Blankenship

Chelsea Blankenship is an Oklahoma-native writer of Scandinavian, Scotch-Irish and Cherokee Native American Indian descent who grew up in a small town where everyone knew everybody. Her passion for writing came early on in life, making English and Literature her favorite subjects growing up in school in which she excelled in. Though new to publishing her work, she has several projects already in the works. Some of her writings are inspired by difficult and tumultuous times she has had to overcome in life. She is a cancer survivor and advocate, always finding it important to raise awareness. She resides with her husband, who she wed in August of 2007, with their pets. She enjoys spending time with her friends and family, doing crafts, singing, cooking, songwriting and of course, writing.
